Production capacity arranged around paving progress and transport vehicles
Used for centralized batching, water addition, and mixing of base materials such as cement-stabilized crushed stone. Organize the aggregate and powder systems according to the designed grading, binder ratio, and water requirements.
Select the model based on daily material usage, paving time, and transport distance. When changing raw materials or using other stable materials, it is necessary to confirm the mix, maximum particle size, and feeding conditions.

Centralized arrangements for organizing ingredients, mixing, and discharging, as well as equipment combinations, maintenance access, and loader feeding space, are included in enquiry. The shipping method is arranged in combination with the splitting, individual size and weight, and the conditions of the destination port of complete plant.
Arrange the aggregate, powder, mixing, and finished product storage units separately according to the site, and confirm the conveying distance, connection interfaces, cables, and foundation positions. Before delivery, check the transport units, installation sequence, and on-site hoisting conditions.
