02 / READY-MIX CONCRETE

Ready-Mix Concrete Production

Measure and mix aggregates, powders, water, and additives according to the formula, and connect the batching with the concrete mixer truck and transportation. complete plant configuration should simultaneously cover raw material storage, production cycle, and centralized batching requirements.

Conditions to be Confirmed

  • Production and formula: Provides target daily production, peak hourly usage, number of formulas, and types of raw materials.
  • Raw Materials and Vehicles: Combined with aggregate supply, powder inventory, loader feeding, and mixer turnover matching equipment.
  • Site Conditions: Confirm available site, voltage frequency, water supply, discharge height, and station area environmental requirements.

03 / ON-SITE CONCRETE PRODUCTION

On-Site Concrete Production

Producing concrete at construction sites or project supporting locations involves organizing batching, mixing, and discharging according to pouring periods at different construction points. Equipment layout needs to connect with raw material entry and vehicle access.

Conditions to be Confirmed

  • Construction Pace: Provide the single pour volume, continuous pouring duration, and planned production shifts.
  • Site and foundation: Check site load-bearing, height difference, drainage, equipment fixing, and foundation requirements.
  • Arrival and Installation: Indicate road dimensions, unloading and hoisting conditions, on-site power, and water supply positions.

04 / PRECAST CONCRETE

precast concrete Production

Organize batch production according to component formulas and mold workstations, focusing on the output per batch quantity, unloading positions, recipe repeatability, and cleaning switches between different formulas.

Recommended equipment combination

Can compare JS twin-shaft main mixer with CLMP planetary main mixer, including the measurement of matching aggregates, powders, water, and admixtures, as well as the discharge configuration for the production stage of connecting components. Select main mixer according to the actual formula.

Conditions to be Confirmed

  • Batches and materials: Specify batch requirements, maximum aggregate size, mix design, and component usage.
  • Discharge and interfaces: Provide the location, height, work position, and interface dimensions of the molds or receiving devices.
  • Operation and maintenance: Specify cleaning methods, formula switching, maintenance space, and control linkage requirements.

05 / EXISTING PLANT EXPANSION

Existing station expansion and supporting supplementation

Mixing, aggregate feeding, powder storage, metering and conveying, or waiting for discharge may all limit the current output. The scope of expansion is determined based on existing equipment and operating records.

Recommended equipment combination

JS / CLMP main mixer, PLD batching machine, powder silo and LSY conveying equipment can be supplemented according to the original interface; projects that add an entire production line line can compare single-line and twin-line configurations.

Conditions to be Confirmed

  • Existing Equipment: Provide model nameplate, configuration list, site photos, and current actual output records.
  • Interfaces and allowances: Check layout space, power and water supply, structural interfaces, and upstream and downstream conveying capabilities.
  • Construction Arrangement: Clarify retained equipment, scope of modification, maintenance window, and installation connection conditions.

06 / ROAD BASE MATERIALS

Road base materials and the entire line of WBZ

Used for batching, adding water, and mixing road base materials such as cement-stabilized crushed stone, and for connecting transportation and on-site paving. Such equipment is described according to the material mass flow t/h, which differs from the m³/h caliber used for concrete plants.

Composition of stabilized soil alignment

  • Aggregate end Separate storage of materials, feeding, and batching.
  • Combine material and water Powder storage, conveying, and water addition configuration.
  • Mixing and Finished Product End Mixing, conveying, storage, and vehicle loading.
  • Control and Interface Whole line linkage, connection, and on-site utility engineering.

Recommended equipment combination
