Foundation and Bearing
The main building, powder silo, and batching equipment have different loads. The foundation plan combines geology, equipment load, and local conditions, and is designed by professionals at the project site.
SITE & FOUNDATION PREPARATION
Site planning should cover equipment foundation, raw material feeding, concrete mixer truck access, and utilities. Having only a single available plot of land is still insufficient to determine batching plant layout and installation conditions.

01 / SITE INPUTS
Sketches can be used for preliminary communication; during the procurement and construction phases, the layout, loads, and foundation data of the corresponding equipment are used, and the spacing between equipment is determined according to the project drawings.
| Data | Recommended content to provide | Affected Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| Site Layout | Available length and width, elevation, boundaries, existing buildings, and entrances/exits | Main building, silo, and vehicle routes |
| Foundation Conditions | Geological or bearing information, underground pipelines, groundwater, and water accumulation conditions | Foundation, fixing method, and drainage |
| Feeding Conditions | Loader specifications, aggregate yard, and whether using a ground bin | batching machine, ramp, conveyor type |
| Public Utilities | Voltage, frequency, available capacity, water supply and drainage positions | Electrical control, pipelines, and equipment interfaces |

02 / LAYOUT CHECKS
The main building, powder silo, and batching equipment have different loads. The foundation plan combines geology, equipment load, and local conditions, and is designed by professionals at the project site.
Ground silos involve excavation, water accumulation, cleaning, and maintenance passages; overhead silos for feeding require consideration of loader reach height, ramps, and turning space. Both forms will change conveyor length and site elevation difference.
The waiting, receiving, and exit routes for mixers are arranged separately from the routes for powder tankers, aggregate transport, and loaders; turning, passing, and clearance under the main building are also included in the overall layout design.
Check voltage, frequency, equipment load, and cable connections. Plan rainwater, cleaning water, and production water separately, reserving areas for cleaning and residual material handling; implement the discharge plan according to local project requirements.
03 / FOUNDATION-FREE PLANTS
Modules describe the combination and connection of equipment without needing a foundation to describe specific installation forms. The bearing capacity of hardened sites is determined based on fully loaded silos, equipment operational loads, and local geological conditions.
04 / BEFORE INSTALLATION
You can inquire about the station type and equipment scope, while providing site length and width, production requirements, and access points; the corresponding technical data is used for civil works.
