START WITH THE PRODUCTION TASK

Your Production Plan Determines the Plant Configuration

A complete plant combines aggregate batching, powder storage, conveying, weighing, mixing, discharge and controls. Select these systems together to meet your production requirements.

01 / CAPACITY

Required Output and Production Schedule

Start with daily volume, working shifts and peak hourly demand. Compare rated plant capacities, then account for mixing time, material supply and truck availability.

TWIN-LINE PLANT

TWO PRODUCTION LINES

twin-line concrete batching plant

Two sets of HZS systems are connected in parallel, allowing production lines, different formula scheduling, and maintenance to be arranged according to project needs. Specific capacity is jointly determined by the models of the two lines and actual cycle conditions.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Concrete Batching Plant Buying Questions

Compare plant types, output, site requirements and what to include in your quotation.

Should I choose HZS120 or HZS180?

Target hourly demand, production shifts, main mixer batch capacity, aggregate and powder supply, mixer truck receiving rhythm, and future expansion plans jointly determine the station type. HZS120 and HZS180 120 m³/h and 180 m³/h are cataloged in theoretical capacity, and on-site output is calculated in combination with complete plant cycles.

What is the difference between theoretical capacity and the actual hourly output?

The theoretical value is based on the specified cycle conditions. Actual production still involves feeding, measuring, mixing, and discharging. Recipe, mixing time, material moisture, supply continuity, and vehicle waiting will all affect the effective cycle.

When should I choose a twin-line plant?

For projects that require two production line in parallel, different formulation line arrangements, or maintaining production capacity during maintenance, a twin-line scheme can be adopted. The models of the two lines, shared systems, and the scope of independent systems are to be included in the scheme.

What ground preparation does a modular plant require?

Prepare suitable ground and supports for the equipment loads. The design should account for bearing capacity, leveling, drainage, wind loads, traffic and local engineering requirements.

What equipment should a plant quotation include?

It is usually necessary to check each item of aggregate batching and conveying, powder silo and screw conveying, weighing, main mixer, unloading, air circuit, electrical control, dust removal, and safety accessories. Packaging and transportation, installation and commissioning, training, spare parts, and on-site construction scope should also be listed separately.
